Ordering custom packaging from FastCustomPack is simple and straightforward.
Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Choose Your Product & Custom Options

Browse our website and select the product you need, such as:

  • Clothing labels or tags

  • Clothing packaging

  • Jewelry packaging

Choose your preferred customization options, including size, material, color, logo, and quantity.

If you’re not sure which option works best for your brand, our team is happy to assist.

Step 2: Submit Your Design or Logo

Upload your logo or artwork directly on the product page, or email it to us after placing your order.

Accepted file formats include:
AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG

If you don’t have a final design yet, we can also help you create a simple layout based on your logo.

Step 3: Receive Mockup & Confirm Details

After receiving your order and artwork, we will prepare a digital mockup showing:

  • Logo placement

  • Colors

  • Size and layout

You will receive the mockup by email for approval.
Production will begin only after your confirmation.

Step 4: Production

Once the mockup is approved, we move your order into production.

  • All products are custom-made

  • Production time depends on product type and order quantity

  • Estimated production time will be clearly communicated before manufacturing starts

Step 5: Quality Check & Shipping

Each order goes through a quality inspection before shipment.

We ship worldwide, including to the United States and Europe, using reliable international shipping partners.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Step 6: Receive Your Order & After-Sales Support

Once you receive your order, please inspect the items promptly.
